Notes:
A. HPC/PP felt pretty light and fast (J-&gt;D: Head through!)  Row felt OK but find fixed time more mentally difficult than fixed metres
B. Didn&#039;t note reps.  DL/GS metered but continuous, situps a couple of small pauses, curl/press had more pauses - shoulders looking forward to a rest day.]]></description>

B. KB - 12kg, WTD sit up- 5kg plate, DB curl + press - 4kg

Notes - didn&#039;t keep track of the reps. Legs tired and sore from yesterday&#039;s squatting. Moderate effort throughout, kept breathing constant.

Mobility work was good, happy hips. Few funny moments and comments throughout.

notes - wrist jamming with front squats, will work on finger positions.
