Clean and jerk, 10min to build to a heavy single
Phase 2.
FT: 60 clean and jerks
• Perform in pairs, alternating reps
• Bar must be dumped or on ground before performing a rep
• Men use approx 70% of phase 1
• Women use approx 80% of phase 1
• Share a bar if you can
Phase 3.
Row 300 strokes for distance
• Perform in pairs, 20 power strokes each until finished
• Resting partner must perform 1 TGU/arm during rest period
