A: It was a pretty intimidating stack when seated.
C1: Feeling slow and clumsy.. Elbows slow, not enough shrug.. Below last weeks weight. Hands were pretty pissed in hook grip tonight.. I think they have a long memory…
D: KBs were fine.. more about getting some air in my lungs. Should have committed to the set of 12 burpees a little harder.
