No group training today – Gym closed
Training on your own:
Walk or bike 45min, early am; fasted
• No music, just you and your thoughts
• Use this time for reflection
• Take a skipping rope and have a play halfway through your trip
• Find a rail and touch on some upper body horizontal pulling
• Finish with 15min mobility
• Consume a nourishing breakfast

Walk 5m split & stack 2 ton of wood. done.. took a while but I was in no rush..had a good sledge sesh with my old man.
Did my best to grt in what I could before work:Fasted 45min walk, fresh air, a little sunshine enjoying nature.
Brekkie: 2 Gluten Free Chicken Spinach & pine nut sausages, kale,zuchinni, small piece of sweet potato< Very rare choice.
