that was really tough, smacking a knee on the ground guaranteed that!

Notes:
A: Definitely a PB in there in a few different combinations. This puts FS x 2 over 85% of BS x 1 which would seem unbalanced but it may even out in the wash as training progresses.
B: No problems with C2B but got a nice taste of how hard it could get longer duration wise.
C: Felt good.
A: 65 x 3, 70 x 3, 75 x 3, 80 x 1 + 1 assisted, 80 x FAIL
wasnt feeling it tonight…..the front squat that is!
B: really struggle with the chin up bar
C: Finished with +75 prowler
could have gone a little heavier
Missed this session due to being away – and it had to be pull up and squat day didn’t it!
