    Notes:
    Shoulders a little weary by the end :) Thanks M & K for taking the session and J for mobility.

    Really bummed to miss the nutrition session again today but couldn’t reschedule my daughter’s swimming and can’t disappoint her!

  3. Combo 1 – thrusters @ 15kg; 360,350,340m rows
    Combo 2 – K2E as leg raises 20,20,20 (not AMRAP); as expected slow on run (each set totaled 3 min)
    Combo 3 – done with 6kg med ball
