  1. Cln grip deadlift:
    Done @ 145kgs

    Power clean:
    Done @ 80kgs – 92.5kgs – 102.5kgs
    (failed at the last weight during the first set and pulled the pin as just didn’t feel it today)

    3 tough Front squat:
    Done @ 50kgs – 60kgs – 65kgs – 70kgs – 75kgs – 80kgs – 85kgs

  2. A. done at 125kgs
    B. 75kg, 85kg, 97.5kg x 1 for each set
    C. 80, 85, 90, 95, 97.5kg

    Notes: PClean was ok, got real heavy real quick.
    Front Squats felt horrid, i had a collision with a wall during indoor soccer last night and my left hip and glute and a bit banged up and sore so it was hard to squat deep today.

  3. A: Done @ 80kg

    B: 40, 47.5, 50

    C: 35, 45, 50, 55, 55, 55, 55

    Overall workout felt pretty good :)

  4. A: DL @ 57.5kg
    B: Power Clean @ 42.5kg,45kg,47.5kg (failed on last one)
    C; Front Squat @ 35kg,37.5kg,40kg,42,5kg,45kg,45kg,47.5kg

    Great session!

  5. A. 100kg
    B. 70 80 90 kg
    C.70 across all sets
    struggled tonight busy week starting sunday sadly a lot more to come

  6. A: 110Kg
    B: 52.5, 65, 72.5Kg
    C: 60, 65, 67.5, 67.5, 70,70, 70Kg all power cleaned

  7. A. 2 sets @ 90kg. 6 @ 100kg – felt good
    B. 52.5kg, 60kg, 67.5kg – third set a bit tough
    C. 60, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95kg – felt strong throughout. Wrists felt much stronger today. Been working hard on wrist flexability & bicep insertion during the week..

  8. A. 100
    B. 55, 60, 67.5
    C. 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90 (fail on third), 90 (fail). Just tried to push too much. Lack of wrist mobility not helping. Something to work on.
