C. 2.04 (10/30), ? (10/20), 2.10 (10/20). Really struggling with the situps and was battling about 7 in on the second set.
A. 12, 16, 20 kg – 15 reps
B. 2.45, 2.50, 2.50 – Blue band + assistance – 8 reps on sets 2 & 3
C. 3.10, 3.04, 2.43 – Worming burpees – 1st time! Slow and careful with lots of room for improvement. 8,6,6 reps
