C. Run – 1km @ 90%

10am @ Adapt CrossFit

 

15min AMRAP:
9 Dead lifts, 70kg
12 Push ups with hand release
15 Box jumps, 60cm

    B.Done- need lots of practise
    C.3.41
    Mobility- great session
    ONA breakfast-yam

  4. CFO Wod #2:
    7 rds + 9 DL + 7 BJ = 268 reps

    PWO: coco water + raw egg…
    + 45 min – date/cacao balls with coffee

    Great vibe out at Adapt this morning- we had a mad support team, and everyone hit it up in true B32 style. Well done!

  5. CF Open WOD #2:
    4 rounds + 9 DL’s+ 2 push ups
