Well done on the double unders Chris.
A. 2 sets at 65kg, 1 set at 70kg (was feeling good today, nice and solid in the squat at 65kgs, once i found a good locked position at 70kg it wet nice and smooth too)
B. took 6 sets (10/10/10/5/6/9) (was hoping for 5 sets but grip was just not there)
C. Done
D. 34, 31, 42, 38, 44, 38, 40. Total = 267 (happy with double under progression since the start of the year, unbroken numbers are creeping up and jumping endurance is getting better)
A. 22.5kg, 25kg, 27.5kg, 30kg (3 rep max)
